AI Academy by SmarterX has launched a new, AI-powered learning management system (LMS) to help drive a more personalized, intelligent, and engaging experience for its thousands of AI Mastery Members and learners.
All existing learners and business account team leaders have immediate access to the new LMS, and will continue to have access to the legacy LMS for three months to complete any active certificate course series.
All course completions and certificates earned in the legacy LMS will transfer to the new LMS.
Learners can go directly to smarterx.ai/password to create their account in the new LMS using their existing AI Academy email address, and begin experiencing the enhanced capabilities, support, and content today.
Summary of Updates for Existing AI Academy customers:
- The new LMS is available to all learners now.
- Existing individual AI Mastery Members and learners will receive an enrollment email for the new LMS. They can also go directly to smarterx.ai/password to create their account.
- Business Account team members are asked to reach out to their AI Academy team leads/administrators for details on accessing the new LMS.
- All new content will only be added to the new LMS starting Nov. 13.
- Existing learners are encouraged to finish all active courses in the legacy LMS.
- Course completions and certificates will transfer to the new LMS as part of a scheduled data migration process.
- The final data transfer of course completions and certificates (from the legacy LMS to the new LMS) for all users will be Dec. 12.
- The goal is to transition everyone to the new LMS by Dec. 12.
- Members and learners will continue to have access to the legacy LMS for three months to complete any active courses.
