• How much does membership cost, and are there discounts for teams?

  The AI Mastery Membership costs $999 per user, per year. For teams, we offer Business accounts with discounted pricing: $399 per user for 5-99 licenses, $349 per user for 100-999 licenses, and $299 per user for 1,000+ licenses. Starting Fall 2025, these Business accounts will include additional features like reporting, admin tools, and customized learning paths.
  

• I purchased my AI Mastery Membership using a discount code, when I renew, will I automatically continue to receive the discounted price?

  Most discount codes apply to your first year only, and renewals are billed at the standard rate. However, some past promotions included recurring discounts that lock in previous pricing. If you’re unsure which applies to you, contact our support team and we’ll confirm.

• If I was previously enrolled as a an AI Mastery Member, will I get access to newly-released courses?

  Yes, as an existing AI Mastery Member, you automatically gain access to new courses at no extra cost. You’ll see them added to your membership portal as soon as they launch. You’ll have access as long as your membership is active.

• How can I partner with or sponsor AI Academy by SmarterX?

• How can I stay updated on release dates for new courses?

  To stay updated on release dates of future content, subscribe to our newsletter and check our website regularly. These channels will provide the latest announcements and detailed updates as new courses and features roll out.

   

• Does my AI Mastery Membership include event recordings like MAICON or one of your AI Summits (Writers, Agencies, B2B Marketers)?

  No, AI Mastery Memberships only include educational content such as course series, gen AI app series, and Academy Live.

• Do you offer discounts to students, educators, or nonprofits?

  We offer 50% off for the first nonprofit or education AI Mastery Membership license. Groups of 5+ receive AI Mastery Memberships for $299 per license. This is for accredited educational institutions and verified nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status.

• I bought the original course. Will I have access to updated versions?

  No. Individual courses are one-time purchases, and each edition is a separate purchase. One of the many benefits of the AI Mastery Membership is that it includes all course series, and subsequent new editions within a member’s 12-month membership.

• How often is new content released?

  We release new courses and learning experiences on a regular basis, including monthly industry- and department-based courses and ongoing AI App lessons. Live sessions and other updates are also added throughout the year to keep your learning journey current.

• What’s available for someone who wants to explore AI education without immediate cost?

  We offer several free resources, including monthly Intro to AI classes, webinars, newsletters, downloadable AI Blueprints, and access to our SmarterX Community on Slack. You can also listen to The Artificial Intelligence Show podcast and attend free virtual summits to start exploring AI education at no cost. These options are external to the AI Mastery Membership.

   

• Are there any payment plans available for individual AI Mastery Memberships?

  No, only annual memberships are available.
  

• How do I upgrade my existing license to a business account for my team?

  Contact sales, and we can add licenses for your team members. If you’ve purchased an individual Mastery Membership within the last 60 days, we can prorate that license into a team plan, which start at 5 licenses for $399/user/year.
  

• What is your refund policy?

  AI Academy does not issue refunds on individual Course or Course Series purchases. Your Course or Course Series purchase can be applied to an AI Mastery Membership upgrade purchase if requested within 14 days of the date of purchase by email support@smarterx.ai.
  
  Refunds on AI Mastery Memberships are only within 48 hours of purchase.
  
  There is no retroactive application of promotional codes to Course, Course Series or AI Mastery Membership purchases.
