You will leave this course with a clear understanding of the opportunities and threats AI presents, and the opportunity to reflect on your place within this new landscape.

By the end, you will have built your foundational AI action blueprint: a prioritized list of quick-win pilot projects and strategic problem statements.

- Describe how the Use Case Model functions as a bottom-up framework for identifying AI opportunities and why unbundling tasks reveals quick-win pilot projects.
- Apply the Use Case Model by using JobsGPT and CampaignsGPT to unbundle your own role or workflow and enter the outputs into the Piloting AI Use Case Workbook.
