What is your refund policy?

AI Academy does not issue refunds on individual Course or Course Series purchases. If you have questions about your purchase, please contact support@smarterx.ai. Your Course or Course Series purchase can be applied toward an AI Mastery Membership upgrade if requested within 30 days of your purchase date. To request this, email support@smarterx.ai.

Refunds on AI Mastery Memberships are available only within 48 hours of purchase and are granted at the sole discretion of AI Academy.

Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to Course, Course Series, or AI Mastery Membership purchases.
