What is your refund policy?

AI Academy does not issue refunds on individual Course or Course Series purchases. Your Course or Course Series purchase can be applied to an AI Mastery Membership upgrade purchase if requested within 30 days of the date of purchase by emailing support@smarterx.ai.

Refunds on AI Mastery Memberships are only eligible within 48 hours of purchase and at the sole discretion of SmarterX.

There is also no retroactive application of promotional codes to Course, Course Series or AI Mastery Membership purchases.
