Introducing a More Secure Login Experience for AI Academy (SSO + MFA)

As part of the ongoing evolution of AI Academy, we’re introducing an upgraded login experience designed to deliver stronger security, improved reliability, and enterprise-ready access for individuals and teams.

This update includes support for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO), powered by Auth0.

Why We’re Making This Change

AI Academy is growing quickly with expanded course libraries and learning journeys. We’re also supporting more teams with expanded Business Accounts. As we grow, protecting learner data and ensuring secure, seamless access becomes increasingly important.

This upgrade is part of our broader investment in building a platform that is secure, scalable, and reliable.

In short: We’re aligning our infrastructure with the needs of enterprise teams and professionals.

What’s Changing

Beginning July 8, 2026, all users will log in through our new authentication system.

This introduces:

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  An additional layer of security to help protect your account
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
  Use one login across all AI Academy instances. Business accounts may also customize this with their own SSO through the AI Academy Branded Instance add-on.
• Enhanced Account Protection
  Improved safeguards for your learning progress, certifications, and data

What to Expect

The first time you log in after the update, you’ll be guided through a quick setup process:

1. Visit ai.academy and sign in. After July 8, you’ll notice the sign in button will be centered at the top rather than in the upper-right corner.
   
   
2. Verify your email (if prompted). Make sure it’s the same email you used to purchase and log in to AI Academy.
3. Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as guided.

The process takes just a few minutes.

After initial setup, you'll use the MFA process to login moving forward, making your login experience more secure and consistent. 

For Teams and Business Accounts

If you’re part of a team or organization using AI Academy:

• Your admin may provide guidance ahead of the login update.
• Your learning progress and team data will remain unchanged.

Organizations interested in enabling their own SSO can reach out to learn more about our AI Academy Extended Enterprise add-on services.

What’s Not Changing

Your experience inside AI Academy remains the same.

• All courses, certifications, and learning progress will remain unchanged.
• Your learning pathways and content access will not be affected.
• There is no need to create a new account.

This update is focused solely on secure access to our platform.

Yes—SSO is available for eligible business accounts. Contact your admin or our team to learn more.

Will I lose my progress or certifications?
No. All your data remains exactly as it is today.
