New Navigation is Coming to AI Academy

Starting July 22, AI Academy's navigation gets a fresh look — a reorganized menu, a redesigned header, and a cleaner way to get around.

What's Changing?

The new navigation interface introduces a refreshed look and feel while making key features easier to find and use.

• A reorganized Configuration menu for Team Leads.
• A redesigned learner navigation menu.
• Updated header, page title bar, and action button layouts.

What to Expect on July 22

Beginning July 22, the new navigation will become the default experience for all users. The legacy navigation will no longer be available. When you first log in, you'll have the option to take a guided tour of the new interface or explore it on your own.

Your Left-Hand Menu

The learner navigation menu remains on the left side of the screen and includes the same core navigation items you're used to. A few changes to note:

• My Profile, Cookie Policy, and Sign Out have moved and are now accessed by clicking your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
• You can keep the navigation expanded or allow it to automatically collapse using the Keep Open / Auto-Hide toggle.
• A new What's New section at the bottom of the navigation menu highlights the latest platform features and enhancements.

The Header Bar

The platform header has also been redesigned. While most functionality remains the same, several items have moved into your account menu:

• My Gamification (formerly the trophy icon)
• Show Tour and Hints (formerly the question mark icon)
• Help Center (formerly the chat icon, available to Team Leads only)

Search and notifications remain in the header. The search bar also provides quick access to pages, menu items, and platform features by simply typing what you're looking for.

Page Titles & Action Buttons

The page title bar has been streamlined into a cleaner layout that combines page titles, descriptions, and action buttons. Action buttons now display always-visible text labels, making them easier to identify without hovering.

Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner to access:

• My Profile
• My Gamification
• Cookie Policy
• Show Tour and Hints
• Help Center (Team Leads Only)
• Sign Out

The Admin Menu, Reorganized

For Team Leads: The Configuration menu has been completely redesigned and reorganized. Configuration is now accessed from the same left-hand sidebar as the learner navigation.

A vertical icon bar provides the first level of navigation. Click an icon to display its menu items, or hover over an icon to preview available options.

• User Menu (cube icon) — Returns you to the learner navigation.
• Data and Analytics — Access Reports, Insights, and other reporting and analytics features.
